We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the options below before completing your purchase. Due to how quickly we print and process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any incorrect addresses.

U.S. SHIPPING

• Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 USD

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

• Express Shipping: $13 USD

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Flat rate: $18 USD

Customs taxes, duties, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

As of March 2026, we offer optional ISMÊ Shipping Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

If selected, your order is covered in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Approved claims are eligible for replacement if available or full refund.

If Shipping Protection is declined, ISMÊ SWIM is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once we drop off the package at the carrier. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. 

All shipping protection claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

Return window: Orders purchased through ismeswim.com are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund within 15 days of delivery.

US ORDERS ONLY. All returns and exchanges are handled through our online returns portal:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - at this time, orders shipped outside the US are eligible forreturns only(exchanges are not yet available internationally), and they're handled manually. To start an international return, email us atcontact@ismeswim.comwith your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs: we do not provide return shipping labels, must be done independently.
