Address Changes

Because we ship orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at contact@ismeswim.com if you need to change your address.U.S. Shipping

• Orders placed after 2:30 PM PT ship the next business day

• We ship from California

Standard Shipping

• ~3 business days within California

• ~4–8 business days to other U.S. states

• Free on orders over $100

Express Shipping

• 2–3 business days

• $13

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location or carrier delays.

International Shipping

• $18 flat rate

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the carrier available for your delivery address.

Please note that ISMÊ Swim is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country and may be required upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If your purchase meets all the requirements outlined in our return policy, you are eligible for a refund.

To return your item:

  1. Pack your order securely in a mailing bag (you may reuse the one provided).
  2. Ship it back to the return address listed in our return policy.

You may use any carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return requirements:

• Tags attached

• ABSOLUTELY no stains

• No odors (including perfume or body products)

• No signs of wear or washing

• Hygiene liner intact

If the return meets all requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited inventory, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get the size or style you want is to:

  1. Place a new order for the desired item, and
  2. Return the original item for a refund.

This ensures you don’t miss out on the size you need.

BIKINI SIZE HELP

If you’re unsure about sizing, we’re happy to help.

Send us a DM on Instagram with:

• The top and bottom styles you’re considering

• The sizes you’re deciding between

To help us recommend the best fit, please include:

• Your height

• Your jeans size (or hip & waist measurements)

• Your bra size

PLEASE provide which bikini sizes you are in between.

Our team will do our best to guide you to the perfect fit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend taking the following steps:

• Check your mailbox, front door, back door, and surrounding areas

• Ask neighbors or building management if they may have received it

• Check with your local mailroom or concierge, if applicable

Sometimes carriers leave packages in secure or hidden locations to prevent theft.

If you purchased Shipping Protection, you may file a claim for assistance.

If Shipping Protection was not selected at checkout, ISMÊ Swim is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

For additional assistance, you may also contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
