Return & Exchange Policy
At ISMÊ Swim, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know.

Return window
Orders purchased through ismeswim.com are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund within 15 days of delivery.

How to start a return or exchange
Click the “Start a Return or Exchange” button at the top of this page to begin or access the link below. All returns and exchanges are handled through our online returns portal:

Enter your order number and email, then follow the steps to choose your preferred outcome — exchange, store credit, or refund. You'll receive return instructions and a shipping label through the portal.

Return requirements
Because we sell swimwear, hygiene is essential. To be eligible, all items MUST meet the following conditions:

- ABSOLUTELY NO STAINS (seriously — no exceptions)
- Tags ON
- Unworn, unwashed & unsoiled
- Hygiene liner MUST be attached
- No odors (including perfume) and no body products such as lotion or self-tanner
- Untied and returned inside the original zip-lock bag

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your own expense.

Return shipping (Checkout+)
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

Instant Exchange — get your new item faster
Want your exchange faster? Choose an Instant Exchange on the summary page before submitting your return, and we'll place your exchange order as soon as your return is submitted — even for low-stock pieces.

If you select an Instant Exchange, we'll place a temporary hold on your card for the full value of your return for authentication purposes. This hold will fall off your account on its own within seven days. You'll have 15 days to ship your return to us. If your return is shipped within that time frame, you're good to go! If you haven't shipped your return by then — or choose to keep the item — we'll charge your card the full return amount.

Key things to know:
No actual charge occurs during authorization.
If you opt for an Instant Exchange, your new item ships immediately.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at our returns center, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days from the date your package is delivered to our facility for the refund to be processed. Time to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Final sale
Items purchased during Black Friday promotions, sale events, or at discounted prices are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
