Refund policy
- Orders purchased through ismeswim.com qualify for RETURN within 15 days of order delivery.
- We do NOT process exchanges due to limited inventory available. Please follow the return instructions below, as you will receive your refund, and buy the desired new items.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
All items MUST meet the following conditions to be elegible a refund:

ABSOLUTELY NO STAINS ACCEPTED (seriously!!! NO exceptions)
- TAGS ON
- UNWORN, UNWASHED & UNSOILED
- The hygiene liner MUST be attached
- No odors (including perfumes), and body products like lotion and self-tanners
- Untied and sent back inside the original zip lock.
If these conditions are NOT met, the return will be rejected and returned back to you at your own expense.
HOW TO RETURN:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We DO NOT provide return shipping labels.
Package your item securely. You may reuse the original white shipping bag and tape it closed.
- Include your order number inside the package (packing slip or written on piece of paper).
- Email your return tracking number to contact@ismeswim.com
- Inform which pieces you are returning and the reason why.
- Ship your package using any carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to:

IMPORTANT
If using UPS or FedEx, please do not select “signature required” delivery. Our office is not staffed throughout the day and we are unable to sign for packages.
Please keep your tracking number for your records.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected at our returns center, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days from the date your package is delivered to our facility for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during Black Friday promotions, sale events, or with discounted prices are final sale and not eligible for refund.
